		<description>We don&#039;t know the circumstances around it. Would you leave your young child at home alone for 8-12 or more hours?? Or would you take them with you?? If the parents aren&#039;t pushing the kids to pick fruit, then there is no harm. If you take your kids with you to U-Picks because you need to jar, can, or make desserts and your child starts helping you, are you irresponsible and putting your child to work for you? Having children out in the fields is not that uncommon, however it shouldn&#039;t be allowed beause of situations like this. If it is proven that the parents were making the child work, then they should not be allowed to come back and work in Michigan or the U.S. if from Mexico.</description>
